SplashDash White Label: Complete Technical Guide to Custom Branding

SplashDash • February 23, 2026

SplashDash white label settings allow agencies to fully customize reports, dashboards, and shared links with their own brand identity. This ensures client-facing SEO reports appear as your agency’s proprietary platform — not a third-party tool.

White labeling strengthens authority, builds trust, and supports client retention while maintaining a streamlined workflow.

Agency Name

Setting the Agency Name controls two core elements:

  • Populates dynamically in the HTML title tag
  • Displays throughout your SplashDash settings and report headers

When you enter your agency name, it becomes the primary identifier within your account and shared reporting views.

Primary Color Configuration

Your Primary Color defines the dominant visual identity inside reports.

Where the Primary Color Appears:

  • Buttons
  • Line charts
  • Bar charts
  • Icons
  • Hyperlinks
  • Call-to-action elements
  • Data highlights

This color should match your agency’s core brand color for consistency.

Custom Color Entry

You can click the pencil icon to manually enter:

  • HEX
  • RGB
  • HSL

For best accuracy, use Google Chrome’s color picker tool to extract exact brand values from your website or brand guide.

Secondary Color Configuration

The Secondary Color is used for subtle design enhancements and contextual styling.

  • Small CSS features
  • Secondary highlights
  • Accent elements within reports
  • Visual separators in some report types

Like the primary color, you can customize via:

  • HEX
  • RGB
  • HSL

The pencil icon allows full manual input.

Square Icon (Logo & Favicon)

Your Square Icon serves two purposes:

  1. Displays in the top-left corner inside reports
  2. Functions as the favicon in browser tabs

Technical Requirements:

  1. Recommended size: 256 × 256 pixels
  2. Accepted formats: PNG, JPG, WEBP
  3. Maximum file size: 4MB

Optimization Tips:

  • Use a clean, simplified logo mark
  • Avoid text-heavy designs
  • Ensure it’s recognizable at small sizes

OpenGraph Share Image

The OpenGraph Share Image controls the preview image when a report link is shared via:

  • Text message
  • Email
  • Slack
  • Social platforms

Technical Requirements:

  • Recommended size: 1200 × 630 pixels
  • Accepted formats: PNG, JPG, WEBP
  • Maximum file size: 4MB

Important Note:

If you upload a custom OpenGraph image, it overrides the default share preview. Your custom image will be used instead of the system-generated preview.
