What it is
The ChatGPT Visibility Report scans real ChatGPT-generated responses for your clients business name, website, and category in your selected location. You'll get a visibility score, the number of mentions across prompts, confidence levels, and strategic suggestions to improve presence in AI-generated search results.
How to use it
- Input your details: Enter your business name, website domain, location, and category.
- Choose prompt volume: Select 25, 50, 75, 100, or 250 prompts to scan.
- Generate report: Get a breakdown of how often your business is recommended or mentioned, and in what context.
- Use insights to sell or optimize: Share the link with clients or team. Use it to pitch AEO services or improve digital visibility.

Yes, you can run separate reports for each client using their business name, domain, location, and category. You would just need multiple SplashDash tabs open at once.
How accurate is the visibility score?
The visibility score reflects real prompt analysis using OpenAI’s GPT-4. Each response is measured by actual mentions and confidence indicators in AI output.
Important to note: the consumer front facing ChatGPT is different than what's in the API. Use caution when explaining as ChatGPT serves different results based on several factors.
Do I need any data integrations to use this?
No integrations are required. Just input a few business details and the report runs using proprietary data and AI modeling.
How is this different from keyword tracking tools?
This report focuses on AI visibility—how businesses appear in ChatGPT answers rather than on traditional SERPs. It complements, not replaces, traditional SEO tools.
Does it only scan ChatGPT or other AI models too?
Currently, it scans prompts generated via OpenAI’s GPT-4 model (used in ChatGPT). Other models may be added in future updates.
